If a Dubai Property Owner making any commitment with an estate agent related selling or renting a property then the Owner need to sign a contract A with Registered estate agent. This is one of the RERA (Sub arm of dubai land department) forms in Dubai that will outline the agreement between the seller and the listing estate agent. RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) Form A will include all the details of the property, including financial details such as service charges, mortgage status and payment schedules, Agent commissions (if applicable)
