General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Lone Wolf Real Estat ("Company"), a real estate brokerage firm, and its clients ("Client" or "Clients") regarding the services of buying, selling, and renting properties.

2. Services Provided

The Company offers the following services:

- Assisting Clients in buying properties.

- Assisting Clients in selling properties.

- Assisting Clients in renting properties.

3. Client Obligations

- Clients must provide accurate and complete information required by the Company to facilitate the property transactions.

- Clients must comply with all laws and regulations related to the property transactions.

4. Brokerage Fees

- The Company charges a brokerage fee for its services, which will be agreed upon in writing before any transaction is commenced.

- The brokerage fee is non-refundable once the service has been provided.

5. Property Rental Deposits

- The Company will collect a deposit from the Client for property rental.

- The deposit or commissions are non-refundable if the Client decides to cancel the rental after 3 days from the date of deposit.

6. Confidentiality

- The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by the Clients, except as required by law or with the Client's consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the property transactions.

8. Governing Law

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

10. Amendments

- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Clients in writing.

By engaging the services of Lone Wolf Real Estate, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
